General Accountant

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, and be able to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. The accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and analysing financial data to help guide the company's financial decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
  • Document financial transactions by entering account information
  • Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
  • Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
  • Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
  • Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
  • Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Secure financial information by completing database backups

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Electric Engineer

Job Overview

Over all Maintenance of Mobile substation and all of the factory’s state of the art equipment & assets in order to achieve the Company objectives. Almutahida has a 33KV Mobile substation and high speed, fully automated, five-star production lines from world leaders like Netstal and Husky. We also have Kaeser Compressor, York Chillers and Eisbar materials drying systems that have high end PLC programs and controls.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for various equipment, including plastic injection molding machines, Netstal, Husky, Shrinks, flexo, machines.
  • Conduct regular inspections, diagnostics, and maintenance of electrical components, identifying and resolving issues to prevent downtime.
  • Calculate electrical needs and ensure the appropriate cable measurements for new construction projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of electrical systems into the overall production process.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions, such as motor failures, sensor issues, and control system glitches.
  • Perform preventive maintenance activities on machinery to extend their lifespan and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and execute scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Document all maintenance and repair activities, including problem identification, root cause analysis, solutions applied, and outcomes achieved.
  • Train junior technicians and provide guidance on electrical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure all mobile substations, plant equipment, and other electrical assets are maintained efficiently to minimize lifecycle costs and maximize manufacturing efficiency.
  • Carry out corrective, preventive, and periodic maintenance activities as per the schedule to keep all factory equipment in perfect condition.
  • Monitor and control spare parts availability and consumption to meet machinery breakdown requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven electrical engineering experience, particularly with admissions, calculating electrical needs, and determining cable measurements for new construction projects.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical engineering on machinery.
  • Possess proven experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of electric busbars

We are looking for a reliable Stores Responsible to manage the overall supply chain management of the stores. Responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and manage stores and inventory.
  • Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
  • Ensure all stock loaded or unloaded match the relevant paperwork and system.
  • Storing and rotating stock according to established procedures.
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
  • Assisting with warehouse inventory controls and ensuring no stock loss or damages.
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
  • Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
  • Recommend and implement (once approved) new systems to improve efficiency and control
  • Maintain stores equipment and shelving. Keeping all stores area clean and tidy.
  • Following workplace health and safety rules when handling goods.
  • Report on stores stock holding and stock movements as required.

Requirements

  • Record of successful distribution and stores management for more than two years.
  • Proficient in SAP software
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, organisational and record keeping skills to coordinate large volumes of goods.
  • Honest, trustworthy and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • Degree or Diploma in Administration, Stores or Supply Chain.
  • Computer literate.
  • Language: Must speak Turkish, English & Arabic preferred
