CSD preforms
To produce CSD preforms, we utilize gas with an IV (Intrinsic Viscosity) of 84 or higher. The weights of CSD preforms vary, including 18.6g, 20g, 27g, 32g, 48g, and 53g. The bottle size is typically 330mm and can hold up to 2250 liters, although the most commonly used size is 1750mm. Interestingly, these preform weights can also be used for detergent production and juice production. Our versatile preforms cater to various industries and applications
Water preforms
we specialize in the production of water preforms. We take pride in our gas-free production process, ensuring the highest quality. Our water preforms have an IV (Intrinsic Viscosity) of 76, which is specifically designed for water bottles. It’s important to note that water preforms cannot be used interchangeably with preforms of different IVs. We offer a wide range of preform weights, including 9g, 9.7g, 9.9g, 10.3g, 10.5g, 10.7g, 11.3g, 11.5g, 12.4g, and 23.5g. Juice preforms
When it comes to PET preforms for juice, it’s crucial to ensure that the IV (Intrinsic Viscosity) is suitable for juice packaging. The weight of the bottle depends on the desired juice bottle size. At Almutahida, we offer a range of PET preforms for juice, including 12.7g, 29g, 33g, 36g, and 38g. The neck sizes available is 33\38 mm, and these preforms can hold up to 1 liter of juice.
